GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS (ACCOMMODATION) By booking your vacation at Entremares Hotel & Spa, you responsibly declare that you have read all the information available on the website and know that Entremares Hotel & Spa, establishment with current ISO 9001 (since 2003), ISO 14001 (since 2003) certifications and Q for Tourist Quality (since 2007), has incorporated into its protocols the measures recognized by the Ministry of Health and issued by the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE) to reduce infections by SARSCoV-2. You responsibly declare that you are aware that the effectiveness of any measure is greater if you have the collaboration of all the guests and you agree to follow the rules and directions of the Entremares Hotel & Spa management within the framework of the ICTE measures. The contracting and use of the services, with Proasol Entremares SL (Hotel Entremares) implies the acceptance of these conditions, in which you declare and accept: Be of legal age (over 18 years) and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered, stating that you understand and understand all the conditions found in the booking confirmation document. To confirm the reservation, an email account is required to receive the reservation confirmation document. RESERVATION PAYMENT POLICY 1.- No amount will be charged at the time of booking. FINAL PAYMENT CONDITION The remaining payment of the reservation will be requested upon arrival, we recommend you do it with a credit card, we accept: Visa, Euro / MasterCard, Red 6000 and Maestro. Upon arrival at the hotel, you must present the credit card used in your reservation, along with your ID. In compliance with article 7 of Law 7/2012, of October 29, cash payments of more than € 2,500 will not be accepted from clients of Spanish nationality, as well as tax residents. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION POLICY AND EXPENSES If you request the CANCELLATION or MODIFICATION of your reservation, NO Cancellation fees will be charged. Only one reservation modification per rate change is allowed without charges, if you want to make more changes, you will be charged the amount of the first night. BEST PRICE GUARANTEED Proasol Entremares SL guarantees you the best price online for your reservation. If you find a lower online rate, other than on the www.entremares.es website, we will match it. Requirements to request the match: 1. You must have a reservation made through www.entremares.es or our Reservation Center (968 564 123). 2. Send the matching request within a maximum period of 48 hours after making the reservation. 3. The price in euros found must always be in an online channel (except in Flash campaigns) and must be available at the time of checking. 4. The Hotel, type of room, diet, people, dates of entry and exit and the conditions must coincide with those of your reservation. How to request the match? 1. Contact by e-mail - info@entremares.es - indicating your data: name and surname, email address, telephone number and locator number of your reservation 2. Send a screenshot of the price found and indicate the reservation number / locator. From Hotel Entremares the data will be verified and, if the requirements are met, the match will be made within a maximum period of 2 working days. Additional terms and conditions: Once the match at the best online price has been accepted and made, if a modification is made to that reservation in type of accommodation, room, regime, number of people or dates, the match will be without effect, and will be confirmed with the corresponding price on our website. Once the match is made, the reservation will be charged in full, by credit card, with no option to return or change. Proasol Entremares SL reserves the right to reject the claim related to a lower rate for a room if it cannot confirm its availability. Likewise, it reserves the right to interrupt or modify the Terms and Conditions of the guarantee program for the lowest internet rate. MORE PAYMENT POLICIES These payment policies are GENERAL policies, there are more payment policies when making your reservation according to OFFERS or RATES. At the time of booking these policies will be changed adapted to each situation. GENERAL INFORMATION Sea view rooms are not guaranteed. Pool view rooms can never be occupied by cots and / or extra beds. The conditions and price of the reservation contracted are those expressly determined in this document. The provision of services begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure. For all those reservations made with children, it is mandatory to justify their age (it will be the one they have on arrival at the hotel). Otherwise, the supplements will be billed, without discounts or offers, at your entrance. At the moment in which the proof of age documentation is presented, the full amount will be returned. AGES Babies - from 0 to 23 months. Children - from 2 to 12 years old (both included). From 13 years old they are considered adults. If you need the crib service, you must indicate in the field "Do you have any comments?" when making the reservation, since the hotel has a limited number of units. The cost of the cot is € 6.00 / day (VAT included) and must be paid directly at the hotel. Only cribs placed by the establishment will be accepted. THE RESERVATION PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE Any service not specified in your reservation, such as: cribs, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, Brisa Marina pool, thermal services ... etc. It also does not include the additional services that the client may write down in the "Comments for the Hotel" field, since, if the hotel could satisfy them, they could entail an extra cost to be paid directly at the hotel. The prices shown include the taxes applicable by law on the date of publication. Any variation in the concepts, bases or applicable tax rates, will give rise to its consequent impact on the final price of the service, on the date it is provided. WI-FI CONNECTION There is free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the establishment. Wi-Fi password will be requested upon arrival at reception. Only two Wi-Fi passwords will be delivered per room, and they cannot be used on more devices at the same time. The establishment cannot guarantee the bandwidth or connection of all devices. The link provided is used to surf the internet, check e-mail or use low data consumption mobile applications. The property cannot guarantee full coverage in all its facilities, as some areas may have poor signal reception due to the structure of the building. NOVELTY. In the Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive services, the entrance service will ALWAYS be the DINNER service, with no possibility of change. On the day of departure, in case of having Full Board or All Inclusive, the last service is Lunch, and you can request at the reception, if you wish, the picnic service the day before your departure. "ALL INCLUSIVE" customers are not allowed to give drinks to other non "ALL INCLUSIVE" guests. Failure to comply with this rule will lead to the withdrawal of this service and will be automatically transferred to the full board option without repercussion to the hotel or the right to claim any difference in price. SMOKE-FREE ROOM Smoking is not allowed in any room or public area of the hotel or interfere with our fire detection systems according to Law 28/2005, of December 26, on health measures against smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge one night of expenses, caused by cleaning. PETS No type of pets are allowed in our establishment. COVID-19 PREVENTION MEASURES Due to the current situation, we have had to adapt some of our facilities and protocols to offer a better service with greater security, both to our customers and our employees. Mandatory use of a mask. Areas of the establishment with hydroalcohol. RECEPTION: • Check-in: Check-in to the accommodation will take place from 3:00 pm. If you have hired alimony, the entrance service will always be dinner, WITHOUT the possibility of change. • Departure day the room will be vacated before 12:00 hours. • Cleaning: We will have hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance, as well as disinfectant carpets, at the entrances to the establishment. The workstation and work utensils will also be disinfected after each shift. • Disinfection of suitcases and dataphones after each use. • We improve safety: Installing partitions at the reception, controlling the maintenance of a safety distance or the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) among employees. • Payment: Payment by credit card will be promoted to avoid handling cash. RESTAURANT: (CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER 2 TO DECEMBER 3) • Meal shifts: 45-minute shifts have been pre-established for the different restaurant services. Your turn and table number will be indicated when you check into our establishment. Please come at the indicated time to avoid queues and delays, otherwise your meal shift will be shortened. • Assisted buffet: Our buffet is assisted by our staff with protective screens. Single-dose products are available. • Tablecloths: The tablecloths and napkins used will be for single use and the cutlery will be mounted on the table. • Disinfection and security: The restaurant chairs and tables will be disinfected after each client. Hand disinfection will be mandatory at the entrance. Tables will be assigned keeping safe distances. • Lunch and dinner services: As of November 2, there will be no lunch or dinner service in our restaurant. There is no possibility in the hotel of such services. CAFETERIAS: • You can enjoy our services in three different locations: Lounge Bar, Chiringuito Playa and Chiringuito Sunrise. • Security: Traffic gauges have been reduced and transit areas marked. We have letters in QR code. • Cleaning: We have reinforced our cleaning plans to feel safer. • Mirador del Faro Cafeteria: o Closed. o It opens from November 2 to serve breakfast from 08.00 to 10.00. o As a cafeteria from November 2 to December 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Lounge-Bar: Closed. • Chiringuitos: Closed from November 2nd. NOBLE AREAS AND ELEVATORS: • Cleaning: All objects and surfaces in the passage areas liable to be manipulated or contaminated by different people will be cleaned and disinfected with virucidal products, such as elevator buttons or machines, stair handrails, etc. • Capacity: The capacity has been revised and reduced. • Elevators: They will be for individual use or for people who belong to the same family unit. • Security: There are indications about the direction to follow in the corridors and at the entrances to the hotel and restaurant. ROOMS: • Cleaning and disinfection: We have reinforced our daily room cleaning plans, cleaning and disinfecting with approved products, both furniture and textiles, in addition to carrying out a complete disinfection of the room between clients. Paying special attention to equipment with a high level of use or contact (telephone, remote control, taps, etc.). • Furniture: The furniture in the room has been reduced. • Amenities: Only gel, soap and shampoo are available in the room. • Other measures: We have canceled the laundry service, room service and the minibar pack. They will be rented and they will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. • Outdoor Pool: Open to the public, limited capacity, access control with shifts of 25-30mts.
